Safety in the first place
How secure is my wealth with Estably?
Estably, as an asset manager, is not authorized to accept funds from clients and to obtain ownership of its clients’ assets. The clients’ funds are booked with Baader Bank or Liechtensteinische Landesbank and held in safe custody by Baader Bank or Liechtensteinische Landesbank. Estably only receives the authorisation to order purchases and sales on the client’s securities account within the scope of a power of attorney. Furthermore, Estably is entitled to debit the fee agreed with the client in the asset management contract from the client account.
Both Baader Bank AG and the Liechtensteiner Landesbank are affiliated to deposit guarantee schemes, which protect account balances in the event of insolvency up to an amount of EUR 100,000 or CHF 100,000.
Reference account as additional collateral
The deposits and withdrawals that you have approved in each case will be processed exclusively via a reference account in your name that you have specified in advance. You are thus additionally protected against access by third parties.
