Estably, as an asset manager, is not authorized to accept funds from clients and to obtain ownership of its clients\u2019 assets. The clients\u2019 funds are booked with Baader Bank or Liechtensteinische Landesbank and held in safe custody by Baader Bank or Liechtensteinische Landesbank. Estably only receives the authorisation to order purchases and sales on the client\u2019s securities account within the scope of a power of attorney. Furthermore, Estably is entitled to debit the fee agreed with the client in the asset management contract from the client account.<\/p>\n

Both Baader Bank AG and the Liechtensteiner Landesbank are affiliated to deposit guarantee schemes, which protect account balances in the event of insolvency up to an amount of EUR 100,000 or CHF 100,000.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
